Embosser/Debosser details:
Engraved and cut on 3mm food grade clear acrylic. This can be used to create a very pretty design on fondant icing for biscuits, cookies and cupcakes.
The acrylic is 4.5 inches wide by 4.2 inches tall, with the debosser/embosser image approximately 3.9 inches wide by 2.4 inches tall.
Cutter details:
The matching cutter is approximately 4.1 inches wide by 2.6 inches tall. It has been designed to leave up to a 5 mm gap around the outside of the embossed debossed image as shown in the listing image.
How to use it?
Please wash and dry the embosser debosser before first use.
Lightly dust the embosser debosser with corn flour (it will help the fondant release easily and quickly).
Roll out your fondant and lay it on top of the embosser/debosser.
Roll the fondant again and then carefully lift it to reveal a sharp 3D raised design as shown in the listing image.
Use the matching cutter to trim the excess fondant.
Tip: Experiment by using different fondant colours or edible paints to add depth and style the look.
How to take care of it?
The embosser debosser and cutter are not dishwasher safe, they will warp if you do so. I recommend you hand wash it in warm (not hot as this could cause warping) soapy water without using any abrasive materials.
